Amaia Square Nova is an innovative project by Amaia Land who is a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI). This project, located on Susano Road in Novaliches, Quezon City is a project that provides 41 joint housing units. In this instance the joint means that a ground level is suitable as a commercial business whilst the upper level or levels are suitable as residences, providing residents with the opportunity to open a business in the same building as the one they live in and you cannot get more convenient than that.
